I'm on a living mountain
with an internal fountain
which in seventy-nine AD
exploded mightily

On the coast of Italy
it destroyed homes terribly
killed up to twenty thousand
and lasted nineteen hours

It has two angry sisters
both earthly blisters
on islands near
they too are feared

So where am I
where I might die
